Withdraw from contract

Consumers may withdraw without giving a reason within 14 days from conclusion of the contract. Send an unambiguous statement to support@lastmile.day or to the seller's postal address above. You may also use the website's “Withdraw from contract” form. Sending the statement before the deadline is sufficient.

For a valid withdrawal, all payments received under the contract are refunded within 14 days of receiving the statement, using the original payment method without a refund fee, unless you expressly agree otherwise.

For paid digital content, the withdrawal right ends once supply has started with your prior express consent, you have acknowledged loss of the right, and you have received contract confirmation on a durable medium (email). Statutory rights concerning defects remain unaffected.
